The Study Initiative in Iraq

Both Ms. M ‘ M.hutham Mohamed Ali  . ‘ Mr. Amar Khalaf Zammam, official of the Erasmus Unit and international students admitted to Karbala University as part of the study initiative in Iraq, first meeting chaired by Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Dr. Naim al-Aboudi in Baghdad

The meeting began with a welcoming speech by Dr. Al Aboudi, followed by questions from international students about their experiences and challenges during their studies in Iraq.

Students were admitted to a partially funded government scholarship to study at Iraqi universities. Studying in Iraq provides an opportunity to learn in a rich and diverse cultural environment with diverse educational programmes and reasonable tuition fees. Scholarships aim to support students from all over the world wishing to pursue undergraduate and postgraduate studies at academic institutes in Iraq, as well as researchers looking to conduct research activities in the country
